There is a shortage of parking. The park is at least 30 years old and is in disrepair. It may even be dangerous to small children. The plumbing squeals at all hours of the night. The ""repairs"" [liberally defined] are shabby and poor. Don't forget about the swarms of bees, smell of neighbors garbage wafting through the air, and of course the ""high class"" sorts that meander around throughout the day and night. I hate this place.... its been a thin slice of hell.
