My husband is stationed in Iraq right now...and around 1am I noticed that his favorite cat was unable to stand and seemed to be having a difficult time breathing. I called the after hours number for this clinic to get assistance...and to my poor cat's great misfortune...they never called me back. She died in my arms...without a single word from them. Thanks Hope Animal Clinic...thanks for crushing my HOPE.

I just wanted to post an update. They have had several days to respond to my messages inquiring as to why they would rather let animals die than answer their ON CALL phone or return messages. I have not heard from them.
Telling my husband that his favorite cat died was one of the most difficult things I have ever had to do. Neither of us thinks that an apology from them for not at least calling me back is too much to ask.
Cons: They clearly have no desire to do their jobs.
