I am actually REALLY surprised with the bad reviews I have read. My experience has been nothing short of pleasant. Yes-there is a lot of construction going on, but if you purchased your home here, you must have known that it was ""pre-construction"". We moved here this past February from South Florida, and I must say that the sales team went above and beyond to help us. They actually went out of their way to help us on most occasions. The superintendent was wonderful and EVERYONE at the office has been so nice. In the past 6 months that I have lived here, I made it a point to meet as many people from Regent Homes as I could, and honestly, they ALL have been welcoming!
