If you have a problem with your computer and need it fixed, DON'T TAKE IT HERE!! After having my computer for a week they said they had it fixed, when I got it home there was new software installed - which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE, along with a VIRUS! Their work is shoddy at best, the hard drives weren't mounted in place, the dvd-rom drive had a cd-rom cable, the soundcard was not connected properly. If you take your computer here for a fix YOU'LL BE TAKING IT BACK AGAIN SOON! And if you still want to take a computer there after reading this, make sure you have a photo of the front, back, and inside of the computer, along with the hardware serial numbers so you know that you're getting the same parts back.
