Well, Comcast will paint a pretty picture to you in the beginning of service, you believe that you're getting a good deal. Many of their sales reps will say anything just to get a sale and when the bill hits the mail...amount is different I was told one plan over the phone and a billing specialist will tell me another story, sales rep made a mistake..we're sorry but you must pay anyway..Depends on which area you are in...if comcast is only service provider option you have..Run!!!! They will screw you as much as possible. I was making monthly payments for 9mths straight ...my cable has been disconnected 3 times..I was told you have to pay a month in advance+ your monthly rate...no compromise... cs is a nightmare!
