I did not purchase my car at Kia of Lancaster, but i did choose to service my car here since it was still covered under warranty. It started with me calling to inquire information about dropping my car off. The man that took my call was very rude and unprofessonal, I was asking questions about the warranty and the whole process for I have never done this before, and he responded unkindly to me. Like I was an idiot? When I took my car in there i walked up to the service counter and told the man i would like to drop off my car, no words he just pointed over to a young girl at another desk. I proceeded and told the girl the same thing, and she slammed a paper done and said, ""fill this out."" Okay. I did that. i asked her what was the estimated time for them to look it over? and she stated i dont know. And then i asked her what kinda stuff is usually covered under the warranty. Again she stated i dont know. Me being really confused i said okay, they will call me and let me know if its covered or not right? and she stated again i dont know? and then said bluntly if you wrote your number done they will call you. I gave my keys to her and left. she gave me no thank you no have a nice day. I have now had small encounters with 3 employees there, enough for me to never go there nor recommend this dealership. They need major training in customer service and job knowledge. She could of asked someone my questions if she didnt know the answers besides i dont know. When i picked my car up it was the same thing. Rude people, unfriendly service. Cons: awful customer service more
