The service department at this dealership is broken. It took me four visits over six days for this group to fix one problem with my brake system. It ended up costing $2,400. To top it all off, when I picked up my car for the last time, there was a gigantic fracture through the middle of the windshield that wasn't there when I dropped the car off. I pointed this out to the service person and she immediately said that it wasn't the dealer's responsibility and, without looking, immediately attributed it to ""rock pitting"". She said that regardless, it wasn't the dealer's responsibility, and that I ""needed to read the fine print of the service agreement"" as the dealer wasn't responsible for the car's safety when it was sitting on their lot.
