I?m surprised it really works! I?m exercising almost everyday without consciously thinking about it. I?m satisfied with smaller portions. I don?t feel the need for second helpings (which is a first for me). I drink a lot more water than I ever have, again without really thinking about it. I feel the pounds have been melting away without much effort. It?s a great program and I highly recommend it!
