Instructors care about helping each person maximize the workout. Lots of encouragement and support. The workouts are varied. David will adjust the workout to meet each person's skill level, so no one will feel like a drag on the group. He also tries to motivate and encourage his clients to implement healthful lifestyle changes (nutrition, etc.) beyond just working out. He has a few props like hand weights, but if you're looking for a lot of gadgets, this may not be your cup of tea. David will teach you how to use the natural environment to get a complete workout. His attitude is all about service and benefit to each participant.
