I have to say I agree with Jeffrey! I was really disappointed with the negative attitudes displayed by the women I spoke to and one of the smarmy patrons. The woman that I asked for help from was a middle aged cougar trying to look sixteen with a big chip on her shoulder who assumed I knew nothing about cigars! Then as I was checking out, a man to my left asked what brand of one of the cigars I bought was, when told he smirked and snickered. This upset me because these people have know idea of my experience! During the early 90's when serving in the Navy a friend of mine and I used to get contraband cigars while at Gitmo (Cuba) and sell them to officers and other sailors, making more money than from our Navy salaries. Just a fun anecdote. Although this smoking lounge was very clean with a great humidor, with a very nice selection, I will not return there. If I had more time I would have just walked out and gone somewhere else! The best cigar I ever enjoyed was one I rolled myself in Kohler, Wi. with the owner of Olive & Ash, it was incredible! Of course the cougar had something negative to say about that as well! I know it was a great cigar because I smoked it with a friend of mine who is a millionaire and has the opportunity to smoke many quality cigars and to this day he says that one I rolled at Olive & Ash is still the best cigar he ever enjoyed! When this place has to shut the doors because they have no clientele maybe they'll re-think their attitudes!
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Employees and clientele attitude problems
