This place is terrible. The female clerk was very rude, not understanding at all! The lady didn't even get up from her desk in the back of the room to help us. We called the night before and a nice man told us we could retrieve our valuables from the car the next day. We showed up and the lady didn't even greet us. Very disrespectful and not empathetic at all! She sat on her computer playing games. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody. After a bad accident this is not the way you want to be treated- stay away from this company!
