I'm truly disappointed in them (Elk Grove) location. I wanted my gold marquise ring dipped in white gold and the prongs replaced. They replaced the whole setting and replaced my stone as well. I knew what mark my stone had and when I got it, that mark wasn't in the stone that they had put, on the new setting. I was really troubled and told my husband about it. Right there and then I wanted to go back to the store to complain. My husband didn't want me to do that so I didn't.
I am still upset everytime I look at my ring. I vowed I will never set foot at that store ever again.
