Some time back I special ordered 12 key lime tarts, as they don't usally have them already made. I have had them in the past and they were wonderful. I drove 40 mins one way to come and get them. When I arrived, they spent about 20 mins running all over only to come back and say they sold them to someone else. The girl just stared at me. After about 15 seconds I asked 'what are we going to do about this?' She then told me that they would give me 1/2 off on anything I wanted.
