I shouldve used my gut instincts the moment I walked into this place. The owner (big fat guy, mid eastern descent) was on the phone for a long while I was there and couldnt even take a second to acknowledge me. Of course, he was accommodating at first when he saw that I was interested in buying something. But after the installation, wow, what a hassle it was for me to come back because something was wrong. His installers were people that were fired from another shop that a friend of mine used to work at. (Wish I would've known that sooner before having them touch my car.) All of you should do this if you are considering Pacific Stereo. Before you buy any product, walk up to the installers and check out their demeanor and the way they talk to you. I guarantee you that you will see arrogance and attitude the moment you make eye contact with them. Now picture telling them that your system isnt working right a few days after you installed it. If you still cant picture them being rude to you AFTER they got your money, then you deserve to be a patron of this place!
Pros: Great place to get ripped off
Cons: Horrible service. (At least rip me off with a smile.)
