We have Fisher and Payat washer and dryer, which are made in New Zealand, so we were a little skeptical about a brokered service company, but Jake, the technician they sent out, was very knowledgeable about the product, fixed it in a few minutes, but went on to inspect the entire washer before he left. The company responded quickly, charged only the service call fee, and were there the next day. We are very pleased.
