First time taking my dog to a groomer, so I took the recommendation of my vet and went here. When I brought him in I asked to see the set up, as the work area is blocked off from view by a 6' wall. I got the most incredulous look, and a very standoffish reply, and I had to insist that I had to see where my dog was going to be worked on. What dog-lover wouldn't give a dog-owner a ""peace of mind"" tour of the facilities??
This place is okay as far as set-up, cleanliness, but they didn't even ask me for my dogs yearly vaccination paperwork -- isn't that important??
And once I got my dog home, I noticed that he wasn't properly groomed, he still had a lot of fur on him, and every time he used the restroom -- guess what ended up on his fur [ ugh] .. so I had to clean my dog AGAIN and AGAIN, which defeats the purpose of them washing him for me.
Basically, after I take him back to be re-trimmed, I'm going to just pay more at Petco.
Pros: cheaper than Petco, willing to fix grooming mistake
Cons: Didn't do a good job, bad customer service
