they completely ignored my request to have a very important package dropped at a later time at my house than they had attempted to the previous day, because nobody will be home to sign for the package and i am unwilling to let something that expensive sit outside of my house for the 3 hours that i will not be able to be home. i came home today to see that they attempted to drop the package off at the same time, even though i expressly requested that they not. i'm very disappointed with the service, when i called to ask what happened i was immediately turned over to a machine that was incapable of helping me. i do not recommend fedex
