Didn't expect much, needed a little trim and thought they couldn't mess it up too much, I was wrong. My hair is now 4 inches shorter and 400 hundred different lengths. There is no supervisor that checked anything over. I asked her to trim my layers and she just kept tearing her scissors across the bottom of my hair, truly the worst haircut I have ever gotten. I would have done better cutting my own hair with kitchen scissors.
