This place makes you feel like they are doing you a favor and because of the economy (people are keeping cars longer) they have build their clientel and don't treat customers with the level of respect that they deserve when it comes to spending their money for a service at this place. A staff member was having a bad day and because I simply asked what time did she think my car would be ready (a normal question) she got very smart with me and told me about how many other customers' vehicles they have and she couldn't give me no glue of time. I said no problem was just asking and before I could go and get my personal belongings out of my car she had went and got the owner Mr. Smith himself. He was even more rude than the staff member and told me that he didn't need my business and if have to pester his staff about what time my car would be ready I can take my business else where. Very, very rude! I even tried to explain to him that I was only inquiring so that I could line up a ride but none of what I said matter. this man made me feel like two cents and that I should be happy to have them service my car. No one should be treated this way. Please don't waste your time with such rude people. His assistant totally lied on me to him and he was oblivious and did not care what I said, but totally embarrassed me and told me to basically disappear. This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I didn't deserve it and no one does simply because they are too busy to keep up with the demands of their business. Cons: Staff does not make you feel welcome at all more
