We were seated quickly on a busy Friday night (we did call ahead). Then we ordered and it seemed to be taking a while... The after about 25 minutes of no food the Manager came to our table. He was honest and said we don't know why but the ticket didn't print and the food hadn't been prepared. He said they would put in the order now & it would be another 15 minutes, but it was all going to be on the house. We were shocked! They even comped out drinks. Amazing! It was very generous. Our family loves Longhorn and now appreciate them taking care of us. Many more dinners ahead!
