On their website they state "At Sparky?s we believe in providing the best services available on the market today. Sparky works with you to provide the solutions you need at a price you can afford. Serving you effectively is our top priority. We pride ourselves in a very knowledgeable staff.", this is the biggest bunch of junk. I called them and asked if they had a "Male to Male F connectors", they said yes and they were $1.09 each. I sent one of my co-workers there to get them with a sheet that said "Male to Male F Connectors", she returned with a bunch of "Female to Female F Connectors" that were $1.32 each. They were for a job we were doing so I sent the technician who was doing the job back there (about 1/2 hour after they were purchased) to exchange them for the correct thing, there response was "NO RETURN POLICY". I will never purchase anything from there again and advise everyone else to stay as far away as possible from this SHAM business.
