I had some of my family to come in from out of town and we decided to stay at this hotel. When we got there, there was bottled water already in the room but after being there for 20 minutes, we realized that the fridge wasn't working. I had to call and someone came and they had to bring a control button because the one for the fridge was missing and the frigde was off. The bathroom door wouldn't close nor lock and the toilet seat was also broken and loose. When we went to watch TV, there was no TV guide nor did the menu button on the remote worked. Upon checking out, neither person at the front desk asked how our stay was. They were more concerned about payment and the conversation they were having prior to us walking up.
