My 52" Hitachi rear projection screen started having convergence issues last night. Being that it is about 8 years old, I feared I was needing to buy an expensive replacement. I called Sam this morning, left a message at 9:05 a.m. and got a returned call before 9:10 a.m.! He took my model number over the phone and gave me an estimate price right then. He called before heading to my house, and now at 1:30 p.m. my TV is back to normal again, all for about $240!! That's great considering a new set would cost me in the thousands!
Pros: Returns calls, fit me in that day, made tv repair look easy!
