I called Sam's regarding my 52 RCA tv it wouldn't power on. I spoke to an other repair location who said they have to check to see if I can be added to today's appointments but Sam's came about 1hr after I called and within 20 min my TV was working again mater of fact the picture is now clearer plus he gave me a 1yr warranty. All that for 275 also he didn't want to give an estimate until he knew what was the issue. I appreciated that very much if I have to use him again I will without any doubt
