I bought a 1 year old Dodge from Hendrick's used-car sales. It only had 13,000 miles on it and was under the original warranty. They disclosed to me that the vehicle was in one minor collision (via Carfax), but failed to tell me that it had a service history of unresolved problems. I am currently pursuing redress through the Lemon Law. Hendrick has repeatedly told me that this is a Dodge problem and takes no responsibility for the vehicle they sold me. My lawyer assures me that I have a good case and Hendrick is the one responsible. I will never buy from Hendrick again and feel it to be my responsibility to warn others.
