Basically, I dropped my 13 year old dog, Scout, off on a thursday evening; picked her up on Monday at noon, rushed her to the vet and had to put her down 3 hours later.
When I picked her up, she was barely breathing, couldn't walk and unresponsive. Pet resorts didn't even give me a phone call when they admittedly noticed her acting strange and unable to walk the night before I picked her up.
My dog was not blind, or deaf, or sick or unable to walk when I dropped her off as they state in their response to a review another person posted, as this is not the first time this has happened. She was doing well for a 13 year old dog and in good spirits!
I wrote a review of my experience and what happened, but it was too many characters to fit on here. I feel it is important for other pet owners to understand the condition my dog was in when I picked her up; and more importantly how I was never notified of her being sick.
