My last trip to Serena was about a month ago for a vibraderm procedure. The aesthetician basically burned off skin from the bridge of my nose. When I returned back the following day to complain about the procedure the aesthetician said she over-exfoliated the skin and should heal in 3 days. It's been a month and it's still healing. Yes, STILL healing. Someone at work asked if I had fallen off of a bike. You go to Serena expecting to look better when you leave. Next time I will go to a medical office for any procedure! Beware!
