I took one of my pairs of glasses into the Penn Square LensCrafters. They were in perfect condition as I had only worn them twice. I noticed that the screw was lose so I took them in to have the screw tightened.
In a 2 hour period they managed to gouge my lens, scratch the front of my $400.00 glasses and ruin my really nice fabric case. When I called them about it the next day when I noticed it, the manager was VERY rude and even accused me of doing it.
