Due to the economy, I needed to freeze my membership. I went in and signed the form - asking ALL the questions necessary to freeze my membership BEFORE the next scheduled payment was done (Friday at 2am). I was also told I couldn't use any of my prepaid during the freeze. So, I asked if I could use 2 of my 3 prepaid on Thursday and have the freeze start right after and to make sure I was not charged on Friday for March.
Last Friday, I was checking my VISA bill and lo and behold... Massage Envy charged me this month!
I called and left a message to please call me back to rectify this situation. NO CALL BACK.
I called a couple days later and got a "The manager will need to research this issue and contact you within the hour..." (It's been 54 hours and I still have yet to receive that promised call).
Needless to say... I'm livid.
Pros: When I Get a Massage... It's Great...HOWEVER....
Cons: No stability w/my therapists; unreliable customer service
