Bringing in my 1.5 pound Chihuahua puppy, Dr. W jammed the thermometer into its rectum eliciting a loud scream. Seeing me cringe at my puppy's pain, she loudly jeered at me " ooh, do we have a wuss owner?" After that I saw Dr. B, whose main concern was my puppy's weight. When he was returned to me after having his claws clipped by a technician, he limped badly and was barely able to walk for 3 months. Bringing him back to Dr. B, she claimed that both of his knees were dislocated because he was overweight. When he could walk again, I brought him back but requested that his claws be clipped in my presence, reminding Dr. B that his knees had been dislocated last time as per her diagnosis. She stated firmly that she remembered no such thing. Not a way to gain a client's trust!
