I scheduled my appointment with Dental Innovations over the phone and this is where my disappointment began. I spoke with a very mono tone woman who didn't seem to express any interest in the answers I was providing to her various questions about my dental history and insurance information. She came across as someone who does not enjoy her job. I told her that I do not have insurance and asked her how much my first visit would cost. She failed to mention that they have a $35 new patient deal (that I already knew about from a friend) and only acknowledged it after I made a point to ask about it. Since I already had the $35 coupon, I ignored the attitude I was receiving and went ahead and scheduled my appointment.When I arrived for my appointment I was barely greeted by a frail young lady who didn't even have enough sense to stand when I walked in.
