Carol, the pharmacist, told me they would not sell me heart worm preventative medicine for my dogs unless I got them tested for heartworm. My sister goes there for her 2 dogs and affirmed this was false, not necessary to get them tested if you continue on the medicine. When I called back, another receptionist also confirmed that although it was recommended it was not a necessity. Isn't this a bit arm twisting to spend even more money?
