This company is the worst title company I have ever dealt with, and if you had good service you are one of the few people that have a processor with common sense. This company just opened to do foreclosures and no one there knows what the heck they are doing. Obviously you don't need experience to be hired here. My processor has emailed me ALL DAY on the wrong file, stating she got confused (NO SH!T SHERLOCK!) Now I have another purchase and in the contract my clients can choose New House Title or their own with the condition they pay their own Title Insurance. This company is fighting me tooth and nail stating I can't use my own title company when the contract clearly stated the buyer can use their own attorney. \r

I WILL NEVER AGAIN AGREE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! SOMEONE NEEDS TO REPORT THEM FOR LACK OF COMMON SENSE.
