I ordered a bed, delivery was $75! But I was desperate as an aerobed I'd borrowed for company sprung a leak. I asked many questions about the bed, was assured that the Marriot uses their rollaways. Well I've slept on hotel rollaways and been fine, this was a disaster. Totally unusable, filthy, creaky, ancient, with a thin lumpy foam mattress. I didn't want it in my house it was so awful. I called immediately and complained, and was told I would get a ""total credit"". However they charged me $75 for the delivery, which I felt they shouldn't, as they did not deliver a bed that could be slept on. Why is anyone in business if they can't meet the basic standard? When I called after seeing the charge on my statement they were nasty and defensive. I put one star as it is required to post a review, they do not deserve it.
