It was our first time going in at the Warwick run Animal Clinic with our puppy and the front desk assistant didn't even greet us or our little puppy. She did not make any eye contact and she wrote our puppy as a different breed on the paper work. If she just said hello and greeted our puppy and read the paper's we had with, for our new puppy she would've known what kind of a puppy he is and wrote the right breed in, but no she didn't. I hope the assistant was having a bad day and she is not that way all the time because we are not planning to go back again then. On the way out of the clinic she didn't even offer a treat to our puppy neither the Veterinarian but she was good with with our puppy though.We were really upset that she didn't welcome us right at all, even if she said hello and goodbye would've been nice.
