Prundential Van Lines is HORRIBLE. I have recently used them for a move from New York City to California and it was a terrible mistake. The people are totally useless and lack any sort of intelligence, honesty or communication skills. What i was charged in the end was $500 more than quoted (total move was $2000 -- very small move) and I was even charged for their parking ticket, which was totally out of my control. I literally cannot say enough bad things about this company. I was given a delivery date range of 3/13 - 3/21 and was provided with my things on 3/26. The company did not provide any notice that my move was running behind schedule and treated me with complete disrespect when I tried to discuss this issue with them. Furthermore, they blamed things like lack of parking on me, which is completely ridiculous.
