We arrived as soon as they opened on Friday morning, and the place looked clean and smelled fresh. The doctors kept in contact with us throughout her stay to keep us updated on her condition throughout and after surgery, which was greatly appreciated.\r

The next morning, we picked her up around noon. There were several other dogs either in surgery or in the kennels, and we did notice a smell only because the kennels are right next to everything. It's in the city though, so what do you expect?\r

Our dog looks unbelievable. Surprisingly, when we picked her up, she didn't seem upset or distraught about her stay overnight, which is more than I can say for other places I've taken other animals to.
