The Staff at this nursing home is the most insensitive uncaring group of individuals that I have ever encountered. I would not leave them alone with my Pet! Upon arriving at the facility at 230 in the evening on a Sunday I found my Great Aunt in a hospital gown, laying in bed and when she saw me she said she wanted to get up. I went and found a nurse and asked if someone could get my aunt out of bed and sit her up in the chair as she had requested, I was told everyone was too busy either feeding other residents or showering other residents, I was told someone would try to come by the end of their shift. No one ever came, eventually a nurse came to my Aunt's room and said that my aunt didn't want to get up this morning and now they were all too busy to get her up. I asked the nurse if she would help me sit my aunt up and she flat out told me "No!" She told me she was busy passing out medication and left the room, no one ever returned to assist my aunt.
