I concur with the negative reviews and wish I hadn?t wasted time or money on this office. I ended up going twice and each time I received poor customer service and had to fight to pay only what I actually owed. I never saw anyone within 30 minutes of my appointment time and then went through assistant after assistant who all asked me the exact same questions over again. On my first visit I never even saw the doctor but got prescriptions from her assistant. On my second visit, I did see Dr. Glenn after waiting one hour and then she contradicted everything her assistant told me last time and prescribed totally new medication. So I had wasted one month and lots of money. Each time the woman at the front desk and wanted to charge me close to $200 even though with insurance my payment is supposed to be closer to $50 and I had to go through the billing office and make several phone calls before the right amount was charged. Overall, this was a VERY negative experience for me and I will not visit Dr. Glenn?s office again.
