Had four tires mounted and balanced, needed two chrome rims cleaned and bead sealed. They cleaned all four rims without calling (would have authorized, but at least call) and charged me an extra $50. They ruined one of my wheel studs, they ruined my wheel lock key. I noticed that they also installed one of my brand new directional tires backwards. I took the car back, explained it all, they fixed the tire and did nothing about the rest.
