As a person with very light acne on bottom side of my lower jaw, I went to LDI as a last resort. My face had never acted like this, and I was desperate. I went for the free consult and drove home so disappointed! Some man in a flashy suit came in, never looked once at my face, flashed a 6,000 dollar treatment price, saw my face expression of shock, knew I didn't have that kind of money, said have a great day and walked out.. It was UNBELIEVABLY inpersonable, he never explained the process for my 6,000 treatment plan, or even acted on bit interested in helping me. He said when you save up the 6,000 come back and that was that. And let me just say, honestly my face is not even that bad.. I think he knew I was desperate and was trying to take advantage..
