I went to Estancia last night and it was wonderful. The meats were very good. They were perfect, well seasonned and succulent, everything I tried was good, but my favorite was the chicken legs and the house special ""picanha"". The food at Estancia is really good, everything is elaborated. The servers really take care of the customers, they pay attention to all the details. Our water glass was never less than half full, Also, they serve really good ""caipirinhas"" - a brazilian drink made with brazilian liquor, fresh limes and sugar. I am already craving this food just by talking about. Everyone should indulge in a true churrascaria experience every once in a while. It is well worth it.
Pros: Great experience overall.
Cons: Only one location in Austin.
