Sofa Mart/Furniture Row. Dont buy furniture here!!! They promise all kinds of great customer service to get your money. I bought a love seat and 2 accent chairs there and they told me it would be 2 weeks for the love seat and 4 weeks for the chairs. I received the love seat but here it is 6 weeks later and still no chairs and they dont know when they will be in. Also, when I was at the store they someone called about a problem with their couch and I heard them tell the customer that they dont fix anything. That wasnt the first time I was told something and over heard it being contradicted. They dont have a service department. I was told if I even got some much as a stain on my furniture that they would send someone out to clean it!??! I had read bad comments and ignored them, listen to someone who learned from that mistake.
Cons: No customer service!
