I came with my 90 years old mother to choose the appropriate Hearing Aid but the counter person was not able to scan my mother's medical card and told me that the medical card is not valid and this card WAS VALID and this card is a good card. They told that my mother does not meet eligibility. I lost 3 working hours thanks to counter person. When I called to reschedule an appointment the counter person three times in a row refused to speak to confirm that it will be no problem with the card. The service was TERRIBLE!
