We called because the button on our ice maker kept sticking. The tech came out and ""fixed"" the issue, and made a laundry list of other items that needed fixed. We figured we would get it all done so our fridge would be like new. A week later, the button on the ice maker stuck again, and this time it blew the circuit board (another $300 fix). I called and they said that they warranty their work and sent the tech out again. The tech said it was an unrelated problem, and proceeded to charge me another service fee- I didn?t realize I was signing up for another fee for a warranty issue. When I got the bill, I was furious, and called the manager who agreed to credit my account. Six weeks later I got a letter telling me my account was being sent to collections, and I called back and the manager told me he had agreed to no such thing, and that I needed to pay the bill. We went back and forth and after him basically telling me I was lying he agreed again to credit the account. Explain to me how if I call about the button sticking and they say they ?fixed? it and charge me, how when the button sticks again a week later it can be an unrelated issue. Very dishonest.
