I have been going here for over a year now, and I love, love, LOVE the place! The staff is always friendly and welcoming ~ They make me feel comfortable and important as a client. The front desk always addresses me by my first name and keeps me informed if the schedule gets behind. (which IS bound to happen, it's a part of life) It is unfortunate that there have been a few clients that have a bad experience, but I believe those are rare instances, because I have nothing but positive, wonderful remarks to say about the Aesthetic Medicine! I've had botox by a couple of the different doctors they have on staff - and I have loved it everytime! I've had laser treatments, and I love them and the results as well...everything I've done with Dr. Darm and his staff, I have been been greatly satisfied with! I would ABSOLUTELY reccomend Aesthetic Medicine to my friends and family...in fact, I've done so before!
