Three weeks ago I sent in two pieces for some pretty basic alterations. They are not ready. And they have not been for the last three weeks. I am told that it may be in one of Polly's stores, and the next moment, it's at the other one. Nobody knows what's going on. It is not an honest business. At least not in my case. They have not returned the articles and my complaining during the last three weeks has done nothing. Going back in today. I expect a ridiculously overpriced bill or more of the same (""suits? I dunno where they are...""). We shall see.
