In the 10 years that I have dealt with this company they have gone from a great locally owned business that was reputable to deal with to just another big box store that will say anything to sell the most expensive model of appliance on the floor. Recently I was up sold on an appliance that I was promised would be in stock the following week and would be worth the wait (most expensive of it's type on the floor - I was looking at a Manager's Special - in stock, reasonably priced). Four weeks passed without the appliance coming into stock. Each time I called the sales person said it would be in within the next couple of days and each time seemed to think that it was hilarious that it wasn't in yet and that I was being inconvienced. I finally had to cancel the order (that was a hassle with them as well) and go to another store to purchase a similar appliance.\r

It's sad to see a once reliable, local business deteriorate into just another money grabbing big box store.\r
