Dr. Al-Kassab is a wonderful doctor for PCOS and obesity, but some of his office staff are severly incompotent. They constantly forget to update your chart/computer with pertinanet information and it may take months to get a correct address for you on file. Dr. Al-Kassab is such a brilliant man and popular in his field, but his staff is probably hurting his practice in ways he doesn't realize. \r
(5 star rating is based on the doctor's abilities, but the staff is barely a 2.)
Pros: Works with the patients, listens to concerns.
Cons: Office Staff is less than spectacular
