I originally ordered my dress from tres fabu. I came into Bridal Exclusives in tears explaining to them that I had ordered my dress over five months ago and their owner never ordered it. Long story short my wedding was in 3 months, I had no dress and a friend of mine said I should go check out bridal exclusives in clakamas because they were supposedly so great. I went in and was helped by their manager who was going to rush me a maggie sottero dress and it would be in 3 weeks before my wedding. I was skeptical because I'm very petite and I needed a lot of alterations. She said not to worry that she would arrange for a fitting the day the dress came in and I would have it in time for the wedding. Fast forward nine weeks, no calls, no dress. I was beginning to panic. I went in and spoke with her, i knew something was wrong because she kept whispering to one of the sales girls. She said their computers were down and she would call me a soon as they were up. I went home and waited 2 days, no calls. I went in once again and this time spoke with the owner, he said dress was ordered wrong color, they were working with the designer to fix it. I am not easily angered but I lost it! My mom called and spoke with the owner, my fiance called. Nobody would help us. SO the story ends tragically, my dress never came in, I had to settle for a davids bridal dress and my wedding day was suppose to be a dream and it turned into a nightmare. Please go to someplace you can really trust. everyone told me tres fabu was such a terrible place and that bridal exclusives would fix everything but really what it comes down to is both of the shops are run very poorly, very disorganized. You would think that working in the wedding industry, they would understand that for a lot of us, this is the most important day of our lives. but they really dont care.
